Omri Reuter, CEO, Co - Founder 

Omri brings over 13 years of experience in
software development, product and project
management. He managed various
development groups ranging from web site
development to complex C++ performance
aware applications.
Prior to Openability, Omri was Vice
President of Product Development,
responsible for R&D and
product management for Radview Software.
He is an expert on load testing tools-
how they are built, what are the
limitations, what’s available in the
market, and how to best use.

Benny Sand, COO, Co - Founder 

Benny Sand is responsible for Openability's
operations and finance. Prior to founding
Operability, Benny served as Vice President
of International Business Development at
XOsoft, a leading vendor in the Business
Continence area, where the International
business organization delivered
significant revenue growth. Prior to
XOSoft, Benny founded and managed the
international business organization for
Radview Software and was responsible
for operations, technical service and
support.

Shay Rosen, Co - Founder 

Shay brings over 10 years of senior
marketing and technology positions
in the online industry.
Prior to Openabililty, Shay was
Vice President of marketing and
products at Egloomedia, an Israeli
internet startup. Prior to
Egloomedia, Shay was CTO and
Product Manager at Tippcom, a
leading Israeli mobile content
provider. He was also a senior
project manager at eagleshade.com –
a web application solution provider.
